He was very pleasant to deal with and I did not get any bad and quot;vibesand quot; about him or his product. His team came and installed the system and did a terrific job. I did encounter a couple little minor problems with the install. I called and he came out the very next day to make the repair. After some days went by and I really got to learn the system, I wanted him to come by and educate me and make some adjustments.
