"They do a very thorough check, very thorough. They came out and check every single thing. They did a good job. It makes you feel good that your unit is set to work for the winter because they have checked everything and supposedly if they find anything they're supposed to fix it. They didn't find anything wrong so that's supposed to be part of that warranty. They said, "We check it make sure it's ready to run. If anything is wrong we fix it." But, luckily nothing was wrong, so I don't know if we would have been charged if something was wrong or not. It was two different company's. They have lots of company's that work for them."
