"Damien made time for me on short notice. When he arrived I described the issue and he was quick to correctly diagnose the cause. He had to replace a heating coil in my electirc water heater. During the course of the repair he noted that the drain valve was not working properly. He replaced that as well. Before he left he drained and flushed the tank. All is working well. I'd recommend Damian for this type of service. Damian was delayed because of an earlier appointment where materials had not arrived on time. He worked later that normal working hours to make sure my problems were taken care of. I cetainly appreciated his efforts and that he kept me informed of his arrival time. He did not have to extend his day to the extent he did, but rather than re-schedule me, he completed my job as promised."

It was a bit difficult to find someone willing to squeeze us in on short notice but he worked with us and stopped by the very next day. Not only did he resolve the issue but he also replaced our dated cast iron tub which we had been wanting to do since purchasing the home. He works very efficiently while also paying close attention to the smallest detail and making sure to address all questions and concerns. I would %100 recommend his work without hesitation."

Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed.
