They had to do some troubleshooting to figure out the most cost effective way to both remove a drain rod that broke off when I tried to do it myself. They got the rod out and dug in front of the house and coordinated with the city to show, with their cameras, that the roots from a large tree planted in the parkway was the root of the problem. The city removed the tree. Above and a beyond came back about 11/12 months later to rod out again. Still more roots. Theyâ ll be back next year to check and will be my plumbers forever! "When temperatures dropped to -50 with wind chill, the pipes to our basement bathroom sink froze. And as soon as everything began to thaw, (on Friday night) we found that we had a ruptured hot water pipe. Water was shooting out of the wall all over the bathroom. When it became clear that our usual plumber wasn't going to show up on Saturday, I frantically called half-a-dozen plumbers from Angie's List. Only Charlie got back to me and agreed to show up after his next job.
