"The patio install is fabulous. I asked about a patio install quote on Wednesday and it was installed on Saturday in only 7 hours. Nicolas was easy to get in touch with, had excellent communication, understood our needs, and most of all did top notch work and installed a beautiful patio! If you need a paver patio installed, I highly recommend Nicolas Hardscapes!"

"I am very impressed with Carolina Brothers Construction. They are professional but also friendly and pleasant. They were very responsive to my request for a quote and the price was reasonable. They went above and beyond the work requested: spending extra time to locate matching stone and repairing other small issues with the stonework they identified but were not included in the quote. Their work was completed in a day and was very high quality. I would recommend them without reservation."

"My husband and I came home from visiting family over the holidays to a busted pipe in our basement. It was the main water line coming into the house. There was a river coming out of our garage and 3 inches of water in our basement. Not exactly what you want to come home to from being on the road for 10 days. Next day I called Pro-Worker and someone was sent right away to assess the damage. Steve was great and within 20 minutes I had a reasonable quote. Next day Steve came back with an excavator to dig up and fix the pipe. Leading up to Steve's arrival, I was kept in the loop of the estimated time of arrival. We had called other commercial names in town. One gave us a quote 4 times greater. Told us it would take half a day and a crew of men to complete. A couple of others told us they couldn't get to us until the end of the week, even though we told them we had absolutely no running water. Pro Worker/Steve came with one other guy and was done in just a couple of hours. As you can tell by the length of this post, I can't say enough great things about Pro Worker. We would definitely use them again and suggest them to anyone!"

"My wife and I are extremely pleased with the finished project.  On a scale of 1 to 10, Stone Image Works earned a 12.  The price was less than other estimates received, but no effort was spared to provide a landscape second to none.  The neighbors are envious and we have received many positive reviews.  We recommend Stone Image Works to anyone wanting hardscape done right and cost effective.  We have already scheduled a followon project for later in the fall. <br />"

"Excellent experience- from the initial contact, Dalmatian Lawn Care and Pressure Washing has been professional and responsive!  - <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I initially requested an estimate which I found very detailed and fair for services requested.  The estimate was completed quickly and when I called to discuss details, they were very responsive.   We had gutters cleaned which were clogged to the point of having small trees growing in them and also had the painted surfaces and porches power washed- They did a great job!   They came and went without any disruption- anything that they needed to move to get the job done, they put back in place before leaving.  Everything looks great and couldn't be happier.  Will definitely use again in the future.  Also, they are able to provide the information, invoice and accept payment all thru online which makes it super convenient and secure. <br />"

"<p>We are very pleased with the plants and the service provided by Landscape Design of Goldsboro. Yesterday, they installed 10 trees in our backyard. This was a big deal, and a significant purchase, for my husband and me. We have never before hired a landscape company to install plants. Rather than install small plants ourselves, and wait years for the privacy we desire, LDG installed mature trees/shrubs that were larger and heavier than we could handle. We enjoyed going to Jericho Farms, where Peggy and Danny (the owners) met with us personally to work out the plant choices and pricing. Peggy drove us around the fields (300 + acres, I believe) where she worked with us to pick out our plants. Since we already have a 6-foot privacy fence and didn't want to lose a lot of space in the backyard, my husband and I decided on eight hollies and wax myrtles to be planted rather close to the fence and tree-formed, a pruning technique that prunes the lower branches. While we were in the field, Peggy tree-formed a wax myrtle and a holly, demonstrating how she selects which branches to prune, bringing out the natural beauty of the existing trunk and branches. We also picked out a Nuttall Oak and a Magnolia. All of their field grown stock is beautiful. Picking out the plants ourselves was more about deciding on the exact variety and size; all the plants are healthy and well shaped. The crew that did the installation was professional and friendly. After all the work was done and the crew was packing up, I was impressed that they even picked up tiny stray twigs in the yard and used a blower to clean off the street in front of the house where their trucks were parked. Overall, working with LDG was a great experience.</p> , <br />"

"I had a very good experience with them. They were very friendly, extremely punctual and very professional. They were basically a class act. The owner committed to a day and a time as to when the services would be performed. My property is an hour and a half from where I live. He texted me, and he sent me a picture of the lawn once it was complete. So I was extremely happy with his service. I would highly recommend him for any lawn and yard work."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Wilson, NC

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
