"Excellent customer service, professional, honest, fair prices, and fast turnaround. Overall it was a great experience working with Andre and Mocean Roofing and Construction. Andre promptly contacted me after I requested a quote on AngiesList to replace a shingle that had blown off during a recent storm. I provided him with a photo of the damaged area and he quickly recognized the color/manufacturer and made sure I had a good match. His price was fair - $100 for materials and labor - he would have to buy an entire pack and agreed to leave behind the extra shingles. He worked around the tenant’s schedule and went out the very next day (a Sunday). While on the roof he noticed other nearby areas needing repair - 3 field shingles. Replacing them required the removal and replacement of 9 ridge shingles. Instead of doing only what he was hired to do, he took it upon himself to correct all of the problem areas because, as he later told me, the job isn’t done right if he looks past the other damaged areas. I had worked it out with the tenant to pay him when the job was done (I live and work 500 miles away). After the job was complete, Andre sent me pics of the job. I was surprised to learn that he had done all of the extra work and had collected payment without requesting extra compensation for the added labor. I looked up his company on Facebook and their company’s statement is 100% true - they do professional work in a timely manner and focus on building relationships with each of their customers. As a long distance homeowner I have found it difficult in the past to find contractors that I trust to do good work at a fair price. I would absolutely hire them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help in their areas of specialty (roofing and fencing, according to their Facebook page)."

"I contacted Ruddys Roofing for an inspection of my roof and to repair a damaged shingle. When Jake Hargis arrived he was on time and very helpful. I explained to him that I had a damaged shingle that needed to it fixed or repaired. I also wanted the roof inspected for other damage. Jake stated that he would get his latter a get started. When he came back to the door he the shingle could be repaired. He also stated that there was no additional damage to the roof. I asked Jake when he could do the repair and he responded that he had every thing in his truck and he could do it now. Jake did great job on the repairing the. Shingle. "Mark with LOA came out and walked me through the process. It’s a complicated process, however Mark simplified it for me. He was here on time for appointments. LOA’s crews were here on time as well. I appreciate how they respected my property while they were here. They covered everything around my home with tarps to minimize debris in the yard. They did an amazing job on the roof and rolled my yard with powerful magnets at the end of the job to pick up any small metal and nails. They were in and out in one day. My yard looked better when they left than it did when they arrived. I would recommend Mark and LOA to anyone."
