"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). He was really easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and my wife absolutely loved the final result!"

"had Integrity Bathworks redo my shower area and the transformation is unbelievable. Greg and Josh did an amazing job and you can tell they really know what they’re doing. The new shower looks clean, modern, and built solid. They were professional, worked hard, and made sure everything came out perfect. I’d definitely recommend Integrity Bathworks to anyone looking to upgrade their shower."

"Had a wonderful experience. They took out my tub and installed a wonderful shower with safety bars, rainwater shower head and glass sliding shower doors. I look forward to my shower every day. Just love it. And everyone I worked with was great and very helpful. My shower turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend this company."

"The job was done superbly!!!! We are very satisfied and would use Busy Bee and John again. He was pleasant and easy to work with. He returned all emails and phone calls promptly - something that not all contractors do! He was always amenable to changes in the plans before and during the project. He made excellent suggestions, gave good advice and hunted down the little touches like matching chrome door knob and hinges that made our bathroom special. The small space was a challenge, but his team handled it well. Busy Bee's team arrived every day on time and cleaned up before they left. We really appreciated that! They worked as fast as they could as we had no other shower in the house. We contacted three other contractors and all had estimates that were not only much more than John's, but also included less in the cost. When our bathroom under went it's final inspection the inspector commented that it was a very pretty bathroom. Thanks to Busy Bee!

"Long Baths did well installing our shower, our representative Chris Reynard was great too!"

"My installer, Larry, was really great! He went above and beyond."

"Jeff Veglia did a great job repairing the custom tile shower. He was responsive to questions and did the job as described in the time frame promised and within the expected budget. He sent a number of people to do various parts of the work, and each person was professional, did good work, kept the work site clean, and did the job well. I would definitely use Jeff Veglia again and would recommend him."

"I had an incredible experience. My water heater was leaking and ready to let go. Brian had contacted me. He set up an appointment the next morning. The two gentleman ( plumbers ) came in. Removed the old water heater. Installed the New water heater. And updated the vent piping because it was old and out of code. They did a wonderful job. And I cannot speak highly enough of them , the speedy work and their professionalism. I now have a new plumber for all my plumbing needs. Thank you."

"Had a new Walk-In Shower installed complete with two shower heads, grab safety bars, accessories organizer shelf, and seat. This replaced the old fiber glass tub/shower unit. I still cannot get over the exceptional work performed by the two â hard workingâ installers. Everything they did, and I do mean everything was absolutely perfect!!! Great guys, professional and very helpful with any questions."
