I called them about a water leak at a cutoff valve and when they arrived late, they charged me over $400 to replace the cutoff valve. Then gave me an estimate to replace water lines through the attic instead of having them under the slab as they are now, If water leaks in the attic would not you think that would make a worse mess and damage? But the kicker is they gave me an estimate of over $9,000 to do this which one person to do the work and would take one day? $9,000? Were the new water lines going to be made from gold or what? Never again will I call them."

Jason, the owner, came out to do an initial walk-through and quote. He listened to everything I wanted to do and did not try to sway me to do anything else. His quote was detailed and included everything we talked about. His contracts and pricing were reasonable and we happily proceeded. His foreman Matt, and his crew were superb. They arrived every day on time. Extremely trustworthy, even making me comfortable enough to leave the house. They were very diligent about laying down the tarps, keeping demo and building as tidy and clean as possible. Jason came by regularly to check progress and answer any questions and address any changes or add-ons that I wanted to do. Jane, the office manager, was quick to answer any additional questions and provide information as I asked. This was a seamless transition and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company to do any and all remodeling, updating and general construction projects in the home. I would not hesitate to use them for my next one. "The technician came out to do a prepaid hvac tune-up / inspection and planted a capacitor in my outdoor unit and claimed it was the wrong one and wanted $366.00 to install the correct $20.00 capacitor. A five minute job. I have him on video. Don't trust these guys in your home or business. They're scammers. Beware."
