"Excellent experience with Modern Plumbing of the Triangle! I had an unexpected water heater emergency over the weekend, and Master Plumber Mike Calkins, was responsive, thorough in diagnosing the issue, and prompt in scheduling service. He completed the installation the very next day with exceptional workmanship. He was professional, patient in answering my many questions, and he did not try to up sell unnecessary services or products. His pricing was reasonable and he cleaned up the area thoroughly after the service was completed. I would absolutely hire him again and I wholeheartedly recommend him without reservation. "A representative for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Kernersville called me around 10:00 am and indicated he had a plumber in the area who would be able to come to my home within 1 1/2 hours. I had a 36 year old natural gas hot water heater that had begun to leak. I knew it needed to be replaced, and an expansion tank needed to be installed. Sebastian arrived around 11:00 AM, reviewed the heater, and provided pricing options. I asked when he could get to the job and he indicated he could do the job that afternoon, he just needed to go get the materials. The installation was quick and done very well. The original flue and gas lines were used, and new inlet and outlet pipes were installed. The job was completed and Sebastian was leaving my property by 3:30 PM."
