I'm sure W.S.H. has other qualified installers but for me I'd request these two gentlemen should I need a second shower or tub replaced. Shame I can only leave 5 stars."

"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

Nick responded lighteningly fast and was at my house that day to provide an estimate for the work and had the install complete by our deadline. I greatly appreciate his promptness and urgency. Plus his work is extremely thorough, high quality, and his prices are fair. I love that this is a family owned business, Nick s wife Beth also works with the team and she is so sweet and helpful with good communication. Nick also brings his Dad Tim who is also a very talented contractor and very nice. And Nick is the best, so friendly and really looks out for his customers. "The fully renovated bathroom is spectacular. It was down to studs and I could see dirt under the slab. The bathroom is on the smallish size, but everything I need is there and does not look cramped. The bathroom is fully accessible. I did a little research before hiring HousePro but no additional quotes. I was sold by Jonathon's expertise on accessible bathrooms. Jonathon was able to offer alternatives to all of my expensive plans, including a less expensive curbless shower option. Nonetheless, I got what I wanted and hope that the style is classic enough to withstand design trends for the next 40 years. I made all the design decisions and even did the shopping, but that is what I needed. HousePro offered more help in this area if you want it or need it. The team was exacting and willing to listen to my "helpful hints" while work was in progress. The bathroom has gotten rave reviews from all who have seen it. I would hire HousePro again without a second thought- having said that HousePro is a bit slow at responding. It is a trade-off, worth the totally professional job, but you are forewarned to be patient and don't be afraid to jiggle an elbow."

"The overall project took about three months. The construction, wiring and plumbing were done effectively and decently. Several things weren't explained very well, if at all. My biggest complaint is that two different items we bought (which we were told would be reimbursed) were not looked at ahead of time. The plumbing was done incorrectly so the shower kit we really wanted couldn't be used. The shower rod wouldn't fit after the tiling. Checking items the client wants to use beforehand is common sense. Pretty disappointing, especially since we bought it toward the beginning of the project so it couldn't be returned (and wasn't reimbursed). J. Ashley did come out after the project was finished to repair an outlet, which was above and beyond his contractual obligations. I would recommend J Ashely for smaller, straight forward work like flooring, but not for anything major or complicated."

"This is now the third time that we have used this company. Each time the service has been really great they pleasant, polite, professional, and very custom orientated. The first time we use them, it was to add a sunroom to our house. The second time was to add a deck to the back of our house around half of our above ground pool. This time was to replace a pipe that was damaged during some landscaping that we did. Obviously, we would recommend them as we have now. Use them three times."
