He gave me multiple pointers on how to fix this if it happened again, letting me know of multiple tools other than just the obvious "snake" that usually fixes clogged drains. Also the price he quoted on the phone was what he charged All though he did state it could get more expensive depending on severity he stayed on the lowest end of the quote and not a dollar more.
