Not only that, but they also carefully took out parts of the system that could be re-used, neatly packaged, and left them in the basement for me. Other estimates I got were much higher, including extra charges for coming within a day. Another company would not or could not replace my system (which is top of the line) and added additional charges for "adjustments'! This company is the best!"
