Michael came out and provided an estimate for a sump pump system after determining water issues were related to groundwater. Not gonna lie, was a little breathtaking. Other estimates came in close or a little lower but I liked the system Groundworks used. I also liked the life time warranty and it is transferable to new homeowners. Based on reviews I researched they appear to be really good at honoring their warranty. He was able to coordinate getting the work done prior to closing which did not give them a lot of time. That was another reason I chose to hire them. The crew that came out, Travis D, Garrett and Beau were awesome. The crawl space under my modular is tight so I know this was not an easy task. "Service went exceptionally well. The plumbing company I used for many years went out of business, so I called Advantage after reviewing their ratings on Angie's List. Advantage was very nice and helpful from my phone call through the service call. I could not be more pleased with the work and the technician. Initial call was for leak under master bath sink. When we went to the basement to turn off the water we discovered a split pipe above my hot water heater. The technician was able to fix that issue in short order along with the master bath leak. I am so pleased he was able to do that repair in the same visit rather than having to set another appointment. I will use Advantage from now on."

He returned my call by 9:00am and set an appointment time between 11:00am and 1:00pm. He arrived on time. He tested several parts of the fridge and explained that the problem was with the defroster thermometer. Went to purchase the new part and replaced it. I was so pleased that he actually returned my call in a timely manner, arrived at the appointed time, and explained exactly why the fridge wasn't working. He was friendly and the price was very fair.
