"After a week of disturbed sleep worrying about a bed bug situation, I contacted Ace Bed Bug. I had been in the apt of a good friend who unknowingly had bed bugs and I got bitten! I was horrified and rushed home only to worry that I brought them back with me. I called Ace and Luis immediately picked up the phone and was at my house by 8 AM that day after hearing my anxious voice. Luis is wonderful...a very reassuring and professional individual who listened carefully and empathetically to my hyper anxious concerns. He inspected all my furniture and asked where else I would like him to look. Thankfully, he did not find any bedbugs, but gave me great advice about how to spot and avoid them showing me an illustration of what the life cycle of a bed bug looks like and where to find them. I never realized how much an exterminator needs to be a therapist in these situations ....LOL. I highly recommend Luis for his skilled experience, kindness , promptness and patience. Thank You Luis!
