"Anyway, we have barely used the fireplace and as I mentioned - new construction - so he came with another worker in a Tophat, inspected the fireplace, then the outside on the roof and all was fine with the chimney. They also went into the attic to see if they could find the leak as the chimney was absolutely intact. Couldn’t see where the leak was coming. Even took some pics where the roof meets the chimney and again let us know how intact all with the chimney is. Landed up giving us a referral to an excellent roofer. We were totally pleased with all (upset, about the leak though!!) Dennis went above and beyond for us. He was so honest and this is so hard to find these days. I am very impressed with him and his company. Thank you for helping us out- as it was so appreciated."

"They replaced my roof, but after a year the roof starts leaking, I called them they fixed it, but the roof is still leaking, they already came out 3 times to fixed it but still up to now, my roof still have leaks. UPDATE: The owner Bob came out to look at my roof, and admitted there were things that he looked at up there, and did not like. He fixed the problem. Since then there's been a lot of rain ,and no leaks. Highly recommend these guys."

"The process went SO smooth!!! We started with a "meet and greet" where Shingle Masters visited my home to assess my roof and provide a quote. They explained the process in terms I understood, gave me options for roofing shingles, and gave me time to review all information without any pressure. They took time to answer all of my questions to be sure I felt comfortable moving forward. Once the crew started, the majority of the work was done in a day, and the remaining days were spent with final touches. Ensuring our stucco was repaired (AND PAINTED) where needed. They made improvements on weak design areas in the structure of our roof as opposed to just replacing shingles. Everyone I interacted with, from the office to the crew on site where extremely nice and professional. He was careful to keep the area clean, did a fantastic job of cleaning out our chimney, and gave us many pointers on what type of wood to burn as well as how to operate the damper on the chimney (we were clueless, since we never had a chimney before). He also took the time to give us safety tips concerning how to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning."

From contacting, getting estimate, actual job to after-job followup, everything was so pleasant and perfect. "I did my homework before selecting Jerry’s Roofing. Given the cost and importance of a project like this, I’m glad I got this one right. I saw they have been in business longer than anyone I found and had an excellent reputation. Even my coworkers and friends had great things to say about them. After checking out my roof, Jerry gave me a very fair quote that included more sheets of plywood than any of my other quotes. That really helped in my situation. Unfortunately, my roof was in worse shape than I realized and a lot of the wood had to be replaced. Fortunately for me, I selected the right company and these guys worked hard and late. Everyone from the owners to the office staff to the crew and carpenters were all friendly, courteous & helpful.
