When I first contacted him to see if he could do my dad’s roof, he was leaving the next day for vacation. He was so dedicated, he worked with me while he was out of town and initiated the start of the work upon his return. In a matter of days, he ordered the shingles, delivered them on Saturday, and installed the new roof that Monday. He worked with us and the insurance company and made the whole process quick and easy for us. He and his crew were extremely diligent and professional. I am thoroughly grateful for all they have done for us. If I ever need a new roof again, I will without question hire Dave and Preferred Roofing again."

"They certainly exceeded my expectations. After they power washed the buildings, they meticulously covered all the windows, and taped/covered any vent or object protruding from the buildings. They even removed all the downspouts. While replacing some wood was part of the job, they identified, and replaced wood that I didn't know was bad. When they were done the only things left were a sparkling house and barn; no other indication that they were there. They should be the first company that you call."

"Dave was very good at assessing, checking for needed supplies, scheduling repairs. Guys were late but able to get it done before I had to go to work. However, tho it appeared complete, a few weeks later the replacement piece came out. It was unsecured and they did not do the underneath work we agreed to. Dave was responsive about correcting it (first guy was let go) but this time repair guy did not show up until after I left for work and did the work while I wasn't there. I like being home for any work on my house. Don't know whether I'd rehire, would depend on specific project / work crew"

After talking with different roofers, I went with Russell Hill because they were willing to help me through the process of "fighting" insurance. They helped me hire a public adjuster and would periodically check-in with me to assure me that I hadn't been forgotten and that the adjuster was still working on my case. Ultimately, they were right about the damage being covered by insurance and after a few months insurance agreed to cover it. Russell Hill quickly scheduled the replacement after confirmation and actual install of a ~1800 sq ft house roof replacement (including some roof element upgrades) took a day. Their staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful."

"All-American Restoration is hands-down the best company I have ever used for roofing. Brad is an amazing person and treats his customers with respect. We used him a few years ago to roof our house when we were selling it and found out in the inspection it had hail damage. The timing for the work was critical because were also moving to a new house and needed it done fast. His crew was out literally the next day and had it done the same day. We also used him to repair our existing roof due to some wind damage. He worked me in the schedule and fixed it before rain was expected.
