I had no idea what went into this type of assessment. My 8 year old house had several cracks in load bearing walls. It appeared to be natural foundation settling, based on what I read online. I hired Stephan to check things out and his in-depth analysis (yes he uses lasers!) revealed a builder error/framing problem. I still have repairs to do but I'm now very confident that the bids I get from contractors will be accurate. I highly recommend Stephan. He communicated well and showed up on time.

I could not recommend Stephan enough. I am an Architect, and I am renovating my own home. I wanted to open up my house, and needed some long spans, but wanted to hide the steel beams in the ceiling. Stephan came to my home, and consulted on a variety of solutions. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND in the design. He proactively provided two designs for me to choose from. As the client, I genuinely felt like Stephan really cared about my project. I felt like he really thought about the challenges, and sought out the best possible solutions for my particular structural problem. He was thorough, and his drawings were excellent... and I'm picky. A+

Saved AT LEAST $7500 on a solution that WOULD NOT HAVE WORKED - instead, we got a BETTER SOLUTION for $2500 LESS.
