They arrived on time. Were friendly and helpful. I was surprised to hear that my foundation was great and that it is normal for old houses (100+) to shift a little (some cracks in walls and over doors, but nothing major). But all and all the foundation was one of the best he had ever seen. He recommended that I professionally repair and seal the stucco on the foundation and lay clay based soil slanting away from the foundation to help absorb any moisture to keep the foundation dry.
