David Lupberger on Wellborn's Estate Custom Cabinet Collection: Hi, I'm David Lupberger with ServiceMagic.com, I'm here with Angela O'Neil from Wellborn Cabinets. And they have some very innovative cabinetry that I want to show you. Angela, tell a little bit more about this new cabinet line. Angela O'Neil/Wellborn Cabinetry: Here at the show we're introducing the estate custom collection. We have introduced this in answering the needs for a more distinguished clientele that is looking for a quality product like this. It features as standard an all wood cabinet. So your tops, bottoms, the entire cabinet is an all wood cabinet. The interior, is standard finished. And the drawer is 3/4 inch drawer, sides, back, dovetail construction. And the drawer guide we're using the premier drawer guide that has full extension. So you have full access to the drawer. You want to be able to have full access to all your utensils, or any drawer that you have in your kitchen. But it also features has a soft close feature. Which brings that drawer straight up tight to the frame. Lupberger: That's magic! Angela O'Neil/Wellborn Cabinetry: Featured also in this line is the inside or flush mount. Where the door fits flush inside the door frame making a nice flush appearance. What we have shown here is with the beaded face frame, however it is available with a no-bead. Which a lot of your shaker-style homes prefer a no-bead. And you have a choice of the exposed barrel hinge or what's considered concealed hinge. If you want your hinge hid behind the door you'll never see it. Many accessories, features, throughout the entire product. One thing that we're doing that meets the needs of this clientele is we are doing custom sized cabinetry. Lupberger: So it's custom, but you also mention that there is some things that make it more affordable also. Angela O'Neil/Wellborn Cabinetry: That is correct. We are in a mid-price point. Lupberger: Ok, so it's not just premium? Angela O'Neil/Wellborn Cabinetry: Exactly, we are in a mid-price point. We offer around 125 different stains, and paints across cherry, maple, oak, and hickory. Painted from the reds, to whites to black or in this painted color here we call grey stone. We have glaze options, or if you want to go into the stain family we've got everything from natural cherries, to dark rich espresso cherries. In today's design trend they're combining everything from paints, to stains, In this particular actual display here we have 3 actual total colors. So design is unlimited with the product. Lupberger: Would it be safe to call this semi-custom for lack of a better word? Angela O'Neil/Wellborn Cabinetry: Yes, that is correct. It would be considered "semi-custom". Lupberger: And so really somebody can create within that line, for not a premium price, but a number of selections so you can get the cabinetry and stains to fit your kitchen in a custom fitting without the custom pricing. Angela O'Neil/Wellborn Cabinetry: Without having to go to the custom pricing, that is correct. Lupberger: Wonderful, Angela thank you. Angela O'Neil/Wellborn Cabinetry: Thank you.
