"It was tough job cutting back and removing an old wisteria vine that grew across the front of our house. It had many thick and heavy intertwining vines that started to grow under the siding and shingles. Ace's Tree Service arrived and worked hard to carefully cut the overgrown vine back below the roof. They cleaned up all the debris and even reattached some of the roof flashing that the vine had pulled off. They completed the job in 2 hrs. Excellent job."

"From the earlier reviews I have no doubt this was an excellent company at one time. They now seem to have lost their way. The day the lead man, said they would start, they were no call, no show. The next day they came late, worked for 3 hours and left. Wednesday and Thursday they worked great. We had given them lunch money the first day and a generous tip to each of the workers the last day. Four months later the lead man stopped by looking for more work. Work was scarce and money was tight. We did not have anything at that time. He borrowed some of our property before he left and never returned it. We trusted him. Guess we shouldn't have. We have now now hired another tree service."

"I had a pine tree that split at the base that was leaning on another tree across our drive and near a lot of fence, other trees, and the house. After a lot of different ideas, the crew was able to drop both trees exactly where I wanted them to. Also, they cut up both trees for splitting, and ran all of the branches through the chipper. They did a very nice job of cleaning up! Only hiccup in the whole operation was due to a family matter, one of the crew could not be there on the day that we originally scheduled. However, they were very flexible in being able to reschedule to a time that was good for me. "

"I have removed 25 tree's from this property in 22 years. I have never seen a tree removed with ropes and a truck. This was a huge Beech tree that was pulled down. As I said they were by far the most expensive. They did a good job cleaning up. I would use them again."

"This was a large job with multiple obstacles; a house, large metal building and fences. Once I saw the large oak and pine come down at the metal building I didn� t worry about the rest. These people know their job. They are very respectful and always kept me aware of what was happening, such as removing parts of my fence so that it wouldn� t be damaged. After the job was finished they came back and put the fence and gate in place. They cleaned up behind themselves. I was so happy with them, that I hired them again for a small job. There is no doubt that this isn� t the last job they will do on my property. I was very satisfied with the price, it was reasonable and fair. These people will take care of you and your property. "

"Agent called mike to ask if any body got in contact with him for the tree removal was really upset to the price and incomplete job the did took them 2 days to just cut the tree down not pick or cut up ..Tree landed by drive way and they refuse took move tree because it was not on the contract ..Mike went inside his resident's to get the contract came back out they were gone"

This is a misunderstanding and I settled this by reimbursing part of the money. We always try very hard to make the customers happy. It has been extremely hot this summer and may take a little longer to complete a job.

"Upfront about their inability to work in the rain and high winds. They were prepared to do the job the day after I hired them but the weather kept them away but they called to explain and showed up once the weather cleared and did an outstanding job at the great price. "The whole crew was very friendly & courteous. None of them had any issues with my husband & I watching them work or asking a million & one questions. "They overcharge and tried to increase prices during the job. When they showed up they told me they normally charged $350, but since this was an **emergency** it would be $500. I felt like that was too high, but agreed because it was somewhat of an emergency. As they were taking down the tree, the lead man said that he should have charged more, that $500 would only cover his deductible. I just ignored him and let them finish the work, paid the asking price of $500."

Brady you called us for an emergency situation and I sent the guys as quickly as possible and saved the tree from hitting the power lines. You expressed to me on the phone that you were very happy with the service we provided. Our prices do go up some when we are dealing with emergency situations. "I hired this contractor to remove a huge holly and several other bushes from the flower beds in front of my house. One of the bushes I had moved to the back yard (bush died). Once contracted, they were able to start the job immediately. They came in, and did exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. Crew was very friendly. They removed all debris. Would recommend."

"They downed two trees and trimmed a large cherry tree . They were on time, worked efficiently and lefdt the premises in better shape than when they arrived. I thouhgt that the first price quoted was very and I appreciated that. I am not a haggler. I would recommend ACES to anyone needing tree service."
