"Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE this company. First off, like the other reviewer said, if you went through Home Depot and had a bad experience with this company, I suggest you call Home Depot directly. Don't bother calling the company because they will not help you. Home Depot should know what kind of people they are in business with. I had a fence installed by this company recently. We had everything mapped out before the installation day. I have an irrigation system, and the piping runs at the fence line to the backyard on the side of the house. I informed the installers that it was there, and I even showed them exactly where they ran. Despite all of that, they still cut not only mine but my neighbors? piping. On top of that, they left tons of nails and screws in my backyard for my dog to find and step on. I had to buy a magnet to get them up, and I'm still not sure I got all of it. The last thing, I'm not sure what they did, but they completely destroyed my grass."

"Overall we're happy with the fence, but have many issues with the company and job. We don't recommend them. From a sales perspective, it was not smooth. Patrick was inefficient to deal with. He does not use email correctly. Worse, he does not seem to want to deal with women. My wife was coordinating everything and All Island would not contact her or respond to her repeatedly. They always reached out to me. I asked them no less than 5 times to change the contact info to her. They never did. They would reply to me and remove her. When it came to the contract, they digitally signed my name without my consent. I never saw or signed the contract. Patrick told my wife verbally they would remove dirt. When we asked the crew to do so, they said they can't. When my wife spoke to Patrick, he said we should check the contract as it says no dirt removal. Again, the contract which I did not sign. After the job, there was a difference of $8 as a balance and they called me (again not calling my wife) to settle this balance. When I expressed my disappointment with the job, they still insisted I pay the $8. I did cause $8 is enough to be done with them forever. We don't recommend this company. Upon further inspection, after days of rain prevented inspection, the crew left a mess including two saw blades in the grass and multiple screws and nails. My kids were very excited to play in the new space. Luckily I was able to catch this stuff before one of them stepped on one of these sharp items. There was also debris and garbage. The crew needed to do a much better job with cleanup particularly as they knew we had young kids. This was an $8k job, not something insignificant."

"BEWARE! STAY AWAY! If we could give 0 stars we would Unfortunately, like many others, My husband and I were deceived by the seemingly good reviews. After a google search, I came across â all island fences and railing. They came to give us a quote which we were satisfied with. Upon installation, my husband paid them a portion of the total amount. My husband realized that the measurements that we had agreed upon, and were also written by the company in our contract, were incorrect. When my husband addressed this issue, he was brushed off and given minimal options. I am which none would leave us satisfied. Because they made a mistake on measurements our options were to accept the incorrect measurement without compensation or allow them to fix it by allowing them to drill a new hole for the posting on our freshly paved driveway. The foreman Juan and his crew were entirely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. He even got physical with my husband. We are left with an unfinished job and no resolution in sight. I wish things had not ended up this way. It is poor customer service to treat your clients with such disrespect. We work hard for our money have three children and are now left to fix the mistake of someone else. After the encounter, my husband filed a complaint with the better business bureau. The response received from all island fences and railing was completely falsified making my husband seem like the aggressor. When in fact my husband called the police out of fear. Unfortunately, the police did not arrive until Juan and his crew had left. But little did they know that we have cameras all on our property. They will probably reply to this comment again trying to make it seem that we are at fault and continue to try and cover up what occurred that day. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company. If you read their bad reviews, you will see that they arrogantly respond to each one offering little resolution and placing the blame on each customer. We are extremely disappointed and hope this never happens to anyone else ever again."

"We are writing this review in hopes the this doesn't happen to anyone else. We had gotten the recommendation to use this company for a new fence by a friend. The background is that we recently bought a house and are renovating. We currently don't live in the house and live a couple miles away from the house. We were looking to redo the back and front yards. So currently our house is surrounded by big piles of dirt. We only wanted to redo the back fence and front two side fences due to damage. We met with Anthony and we have to say he was very nice and attentive. He went over what we wanted and was able to get us a quick quote and an appointment for installation. We told him that we only wanted the back and front fence, we would mark off where the fence would go and that we wanted to have the fence line up with the side fences. We also told Anthony we would obviously be putting grass sod down since its all just a big pile of dirt. We signed our contract. The day our fence went in my husband was there for the first half of the installation. We weren't told we needed to stay but my husband wanted to make sure they had no questions. Unfortunately my husband had to leave and I could not stay because we are both healthcare providers/first responders and also have a baby at home. He was able to see the back fence placed perfectly. When we went back to the house when we could we realized the fence on the left front side was too low. If you open the gate it slides along the ground and isn't even with the other side gate. We wouldn't even be able to put grass down because the opening wouldn't move. I am not a fence professional, but if there is existing fence, I would make sure they line up. After we realized this happened we called Anthony and he told us he would work on it. He then told us we would have to buy an entire new fence and pay for everything again for that side. We asked to speak with someone from the company and that is when my husbands conversations with Jenn began. She was rude, condescending and unwilling to help. We even offered to pay for labor. My husband was told it was our fault, we should have stayed, and it wasn't in the contract that they had to line up with the old fence. I am sorry we have a baby who needs our care and patients that need our time. The contract is vague, I am not a fence professional, but I would assume it would be common sense that you line up fences. If you cant you would contact the home owner. My husband asked to speak to someone else besides Jenn because of how rude she has been to us. She wouldn't let him talk and hung up. It is sad that this happened. We would not recommend this company. "

"This company was absolutely the best out of every fence company I had interviewed! In my 65 years of having different kinds of fences installed in 2 different homes, I have never seen such quality, knowledge and workmanship as I have seen in All Island! My salesman Michael B. was one of the best salesman I have ever met! From the moment he has arrived, I knew that I would be using All Island! Michael was so lovely, friendly , knowledgeable, and helping me to design a very large fence out of PVC in a beautiful grey timber with a slight grain on the material which was out standing! The solar light caps I did on each side of my gate was the "icing on the cake" Just beautiful seeing them light up at night. No question was too much for Michael to answer and with all his patience and fabulous ideas, he ended up sketching out a beautiful round fence around my large circular driveway! The main guy who had installed my new fence was Mario, which was the MOST hardest working man I have ever seen in all my years of owning 2 homes and doing much construction! He worked so hard and did a beautiful installation and doing everything so perfect that it came out absolutely gorgeous! Mario wanted to finish this large fence in one day and had worked all day long until he had finished at 8pm at night! He was so friendly and outgoing and answering any question I had, and so knowledgeable of everything! I will use them again for future projects I would like them to build! Everyone in the company I have spoken to is so polite and easy to speak with and I was happy from day one and especially after the fence was complete I could not believe my eyes and could not thank them enough! IF THERE IS ANY FENCE COMPANY THAT YOU WANT BEST RESULTS FROM AND REALLY NICE AND PEASANT PEOPLE TO SPEAK WITH AND A MOST WONDERFUL SALESMAN AS MICHAEL B. "We needed to replace an old wooden stockade fence with a PVC fence. After getting a few other estimates we chose All Island Fence & Railing. We chose All Island not only because we got the best price, but also because the Sales Associate Bob gave us a lot of confidence, with information about the superiority of their products, details of how the work would be done, scrupulous attention to the survey and property lines, and the product and labor warranties. He even talked to us about the expediter, foreman, and the workers. The other companies didnâ t come close to being this responsive in advance of the job. Bob was patient and informative, and a real pro. On the day of the job, the installers were hard-working, courteous, and careful. They double-checked the property line several times as needed, and informed me of what they were doing. With all the windstorms we get, I was particularly concerned about the posts being well reinforced with concrete. From what I saw, this was done well, and I am confident the fence will hold up. The entire job was done perfectly, as was the removal of the old fence and clean-up. It was a great overall experience, and I highly recommend All Island Fence & Railing. "

"The guy who came for the measurement Mike misled me about the installation. They installed the fence and did not close it out properly, they had left about 3 feet of the old wood fence. When I called the agent who made the sale Mike, he never answered his p[hone or called me back. My wife texted him, he never followed up. When she insisted, Mike texted a bunch of nonsense. She then called him out on it, then he found another lie to add. My wife has his text messages and anyone with common sense will clearly say that Mike was wrong. Everyone can clearly see that part of the fence, it is not behind the shed. Even the guy who installed the fence said that is not his fault, and he also thought it was ugly to leave it like that but has to follow what they told him. They do not care about customer concerns after they get the money. that the worse deal I have made. "

"Installers Henry and Jose arrived on time yesterday (5/4/20) at my residence for an installation of a new 6â ft stockade fence, they were very respectful of me and my property. The did a great job with the takedown and removal of the old fencing, did a great job with the installation of the new fence installation, left the work area and my driveway clean and made sure that I was happy with everything before they left. I would definitely recommend All Island Fence and would not hesitate to use them again."

From the day of estimate to the day of install was exactly a week! The install was done in January and I received winter pricing. The work was done neatly and correctly!! My neighbors have even commented on how straight the fence looks! The men on the job were super professional. I am very happy. "

"Patrick, the salesman, was professional and pricing was competitive...Installation worked well, came and sank post for one gate, allowed to set for a day and then came the following day and installed. We did not inspect the fence closely the day of install, and the following day an inspector came concurred with our concerns and the following day within an 1hr to 1-1/2 hrs, two pieces of lattice top where changed and the fence was wiped down removing all black-like marks on fencing...very satisfied and have received many compliments."

"Worst experience, had to hire another company to do the job. Sales rep was fantastic, I needed the job right away and was promised a call to schedule installation within 2 days. I started calling 5 days later when I did not receive a call. 4 messages over a 5-hour period and finally a call back from the nastiest CSR who said I do not know you, do not have your contract number and you did not give me your money. I asked them to return my deposit I did not want their services. He said with pleasure. I never heard from anyone and have not gotten my money back yet. Awful company. Maybe they got too big to care."

"The vinyl fence All Island provided us looks beautiful and from what Mike (who came and did the estimate for us) described to us, is quite sturdy and will not droop the way we have seen some vinyl fences do. "I highly recommend All Island Fence and Railings. Customer service, sales rep plus the guys who installed our fence were very friendly. They made sure that even with the rain that my fence was installed that day. Made good suggestions with the fence, adding an additional gate, color of hardware, even replaced missing spindles on the fence we already had with no additional charge. Our next door neighbor even got their fence installed by them, the same day we had ours done. Our houses with our new fences look GREAT! Our other neighbor is looking to install a fence since he saw how great ours look! I recommend them to everyone! "

"We had a very positive experience with All Island. We had received a quote from another vendor that we didn?t think was right. We got 3 other quotes and All Islands price was certainly more affordable than the original vendor but wasn?t the cheapest of the 3 new quotes. The quality of the product is high, the knowledge and approach of the saleswoman was excellent and the execution of the project was super professional. Our fence went through one winter without a hitch. I?m looking forward to our first Summer where my kids can play in the backyard and I don?t have to worry about them wandering into the front ( and most importantly, someone coming into the back). "Called the company to install 3 gates and the gate plugs continually fall out. Called the company to repair, asked them not to glue the plugs, which they did anyway. Now there is glue smeared on the gate all around the plugs that they fixed. Also they threw a dozen or so plugs in my mailbox which don't match the other plugs which are yellowed from age and there are still dozens of plugs that will continually fall out. So I called them back and they said wait until the plugs fall out and call again. They're not really intrested in making me happy or replacing the defective gates. My recommendation is to stay very far away from this company. Very illegitimate and will not fix the things that they did wrong. We'll just smear glue on it. The funny thing is in their advertisement when you're on hold is, we do not use any glue!!!! So they're full of additional lies."
