"Mitch from America's Key called me immediately upon my posting (Friday). We spoke for a bit on the phone that day. He understood exactly what I needed and his price was fair. So, I booked him. He came yesterday morning (Monday) and completed the job quickly and professionally. While Mitch was here I asked him about a couple of other potential projects and he was very honest in telling me that it would be costly and so he did not recommend that I proceed with the other projects. I really appreciated his honesty. As a business owner, I also do not recommend that my clients do work that is too costly and not needed. For all of these reasons, I would recommend this company to others. To summarize, Mitch provided good quality work, completed the job quickly and charged me a fair price. What more could you ask for? "Mitch was punctual and gave me a quote after going over front door lock choices. He said he would get it ordered and it would take a few weeks, which it did. "I like to use local businesses whenever possible. I was looking for a locksmith after several unsuccessful attempts to have a handyman do a bunch of small projects that I needed to have done. I used Nextdoor in search of a handyman based on recommendations from others. I am sad to say that at least five agreed to the job and then ghosted me. My next step was to start breaking down the projects by type. I had broken the lock and handle on my storm door and I have the replacements ready for install. Saturday evening I put out two requests for bids with what needed to be done. To my surprise, I received an immediate response from America's Key To Security, Inc. In indicated he needed more information and wanted to see what needed to be done before he quoted and he was available to chat at that time if I was available. He came out on Sunday morning as discussed and even texted me to say he was running a bit late. I have to say that I learned more from him in 20 minutes about that door than when the contractor installed it incorrectly and kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with the door. It was "gaslighting" at its finest. Mitch took the time to show me why the lock was broken. In addition since the lock broke in the locked position, he said it was a major issue should there be a fire and not way out. He was only there to give me an estimate and pointed out that he did not feel comfortable in leaving without removing the lock. If you need an honest locksmith or door repair, I highly recommend America's Key to Security, Inc. The service was outstanding and nothing beats a great communicator."

My experience was as good as the past reviews. Mitch, the owner, arrived at my home on time and did excellent and quick work. Mitch is a perfectionist. I sometimes can tolerate imperfect finish and direction etc. But he makes sure everything is perfect, especially safety. For example, I recently purchased a house and would like to replace a couple of door locks with entrance locks. But I wasn't sure about the finish of the old ones. Mitch helped to contact the manufacturer and figured out the exact finish that matches with the old ones. Mitch also gave great advice on how to make the house more secure and where we can save some money. "
