"Robert Harris showed up as scheduled, quoted the job which we accepted. He installed new gutter covers and downspouts on our existing gutters, and installed new gutters with downspouts where needed. Additionally we had purchased three new rain barrels. He picked them up, delivered them and installed them under the appropriate downspouts. He did more work at a better price than the other contractors quoted. He just came by a week later to check the work after today's rain. Robert is a true professional."

"Overall, I had a good experience with Robert. His bid was competitive (although higher than one I had last year but didn't follow through on at the time). Installation was efficient and the gutters look good. One downspout wasn't placed where I wanted it, but I guess I hadn't communicated that clearly. We still have to fine-tune the placement of two rain barrels, and I'm waiting on his bid for a separate underground drainage project. And of course we won't know until it rains how well it all works!"

"Shortly after putting in my request with Servicemagic, I received a phone call from Robert of Austin Rain Water Solutions. I asked if he could install covers (provided by me) to the gutters on the back of my house. We made an appointment for the following day. The guys from Austin Rain Water Solutions were punctual, cooperative and ready to work. They had the covers installed in no time and their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them. "I hired them to install leaf guards on my gutters which were custom box style galvalume and of various sizes. Robert (who did the work with his associate) was on time when he met me for the estimate, even early and had it ready when I showed up. They showed me a sample of what they would use, a coated expanded metal screen. They showed up to do the work when they said they would and finished the job quickly and cleanly. They also cleaned the leaves out of the gutters for me. I would recommend them to anyone who wants good service, no fuss or pushy sales people, and a job very well done."
