"I wrote a review early today I tried to edit it but it would not let me. They called me and they were willing to come and clean up my patio he said he forgot to tell me the concrete they put in the holes after the termite poison needed to dry before they clean off the patio and said they would come back and clean it off."

Our technician did reach out to let you know that they did sweep the area for concrete dust but we cannot rinse the area with water to spray away the dirt because it would wash away the product used. "A real nightmare. Dry wood termites in the attic. I called Service First and talked to Amber to set up an appointment. Jared was there in 24 hours and did an inspection. He laid out the options and he got the job. Jared came out the next day and treated the attic.In addition, he also treated the exterior and interior of the house as well as a storage shed in back. Although it was not a real bad infestation, they had to be dealt with. The job came with a guarantee and I could'nt be happier."

Thanks for the review. Please keep in mind with termites, and as instructed by the technician, that it can take up to 90 days for all termite activity to subside. Eliminating termites correctly is a slow process. As always, we do guarantee our services so please call if you are having any activity after the 90 days. Thank you!

"I found them in Home Advisor around one in the morning. There is a reason they call themselves Service First. They called me at 8:30am and Jared was out there by 9:45am. He was very professional, gave me the cost and got to work with the invisible pests and the ones I could see. I only wish he had the cure for love bug season because the seem to be most attracted to my house (haha). He is even on the board for P.A.W.S. and assured me what he sprayed down would not hurt my puppies in any way. AMAZING! I highly recommend Jared and Service First!"

"I called Jared on a Sunday. "I explained I have a 10 day new born baby and I am confident that I have rodents in my attic". Jared showed up the same day. If I hear anything in my attic all it takes is one phone call to Jared. In addition to my rodent issue I have been battling with a Sugar Ant issue for over a year with another company which I will admit they came as many times as I'd call but they couldn't get the job done. Jared asked that I give him 30days to resolve my ant issue. Jared has succeeded!!!"
