"I first contacted Valley to get a quote on how much it would cost to get air conditioning installed. I live in an older town home that is approximately 1100 sq. ft. They sent someone out to take a look and see what was involved. He was very professional and explained what was involved including getting permits from the city. He quoted the amount and provided me with an invoice. I contacted them 3 months later to say I was ready for the install. The installation turned out to be quite challenging due to the way my home is constructed, but Valley made it work. The service person had to stay a few hours longer but I wasn't charged anything extra for it. They stuck with the amount of the estimate that was quoted. It's only been a couple of months since the install, but I have to say my only complaint at this point is how cold it gets when I turn on the air. But that's a nice problem to have. :)"

"Mark came out to give an estimate for adding a air-conditioning/heating unit to an add-on room..He explained how the heat pump I requested wouild work and how much it would cost; I was disappointed at how much money it would take to install one, although we had received similar estimates from other companies. What's great about Mark is that he got to the real problem; it was not that we needed a heat pump we couldn't afford, but that we needed cooling and heat to that part of the house. He suggested a solution of adding duct-work to the existing system that will save us thousands. i highly recommend this man for his creativity."
