"I hired Triad Mechanical to replace two heating and air conditioning systems. In general, I am happy with the work that was performed. However, there are two issues that would make me think twice before hiring them again. First, the work took longer to perform than I was anticipating. This was an issue for me because the air-conditioning was out on my upper level, and I have three young children at home. Second, the technicians did not do a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Among other things, I found screws and cigarette butts in the driveway that I had to clean up. This does not detract from the quality of the work, but it does make me question the professionalism of this company."

They immediately got to work with removing the old window mounted air conditioner unit which needed to be replaced and installed the new air conditioner. The whole process only took about one hour.
