"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"Our new furnace replacement was a challenge that did not fit well with prominent local HVAC companies. We were changing from oil heat to a gas furnace. Local companies declined to remove the old oil tank from our basement but they still wanted the furnace & ac replacement work. This was unacceptable. Air Comfort Systems said “no problem” to the whole job. The service took a little longer than planned due to a narrow staircase and a bulky oil tank. Once completed the new furnace installation was exceptionally satisfactory. The city inspector was even complimentary of the workmanship. The workers were all very polite and appreciative of our home. Care was taken to remove all old components and the debris generated in the changeover. They are a company that appreciates the opportunity to serve your needs."

"We wanted all new electric run to a newly enclosed porch. Service was exceptionally speedy, when no one else would do anything for at least 4 weeks. The electrician (Roger) hired was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, helpful and worked without even lunch breaks. He worked alone & had the job done in 3 partial days (not more than 24 hrs. total) that would normally take at least double that time and provided a top quality job. "This was my third move with Moving Ahead Services, and it went just as well as the first two moves. Each time I've used their services, the communication has been fantastic. It has been easy to contact them if I have any questions or concerns prior to the move. They call the day before to confirm things and see if you need any last minute boxes or other items. Luckily, they were able to bring a mattress bag for me when I realized I didn't have one. Each of the crews I've worked with have been polite, personable, and efficient. No items have ever been broken or damaged in the moves. They take care to wrap everything nicely and protect the items, but they do it very quickly. I will definitely be using them in the future if their services are required."
