The contractor came on a very short notice. He was a subject matter expert on heating/cooling and explained all the options. He gave us a quote that was unbeatable. He also rescheduled multiple times to accommodate our schedule. On the appointed day, they came right on time even though roads were closed due to slippery conditions. Our heat furnace and AC were replaced. As a bonus he changed the fixture on the furnace unit to install a new compensating pump and a air filter enclosure that was easy to access at no cost.
