"Review by Claudette L. in Fall River, MA Project: Removed Whirlpool central A/C & Installed Concord central air conditioning condenser. Rick was excellent, pleasant, skilled & responded quickly after my initial request. He was very proficient, addressed all of my questions & concerns. He also managed to schedule my work quickly to complete the job & be sure that my new A/C was working properly before his departure. He was also reasonable with his original quote for his services & did not change this price upon completion. I will absolutely call Rick for any future heating or air conditioning issues. & would highly recommend Rick Maloney heating & cooling to friends & family."

"Chris installed two Mitsubishi mini-split air conditioning/heat pump systems in our home. Chris responded quickly to our request for a proposal. He came to our home in a few days, did a thorough review of our options, explained how the systems work and patiently answered all our questions. He sent us his proposal the same day and his estimate was very reasonable. He installed our system in one day even though it required him to work late into the evening due to a delay in the delivery of the equipment caused by a major traffic accident. Chris is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We recommend him without reservation."

"Majic Air was awesome. So glad I found them on your website. Thank you!"

"Dylan is very reliable and knowledgeable. He has provided plumbing services many times for us and I wouldn't use anyone but him. The service is exceptional and pricing is extremely fair. I highly recommend Venture Mechanical for any plumbing, heating, or air conditioning needs that you may have."

"They were very professional did their work cleaned up after they finished. Very satisfied have two friends going to contact them for air conditioning because I recommended them"

"Armus Mechanical is top notch! Our AC stopped working during this heatwave and they were at our home in under 2 hours. We have a medically fragile child that cannot tolerate heat and humidity, so we are beyond grateful for their services. They personally went out of their way to ensure our condenser could be replaced. Very polite, very honest and most professional. I'm not one to write reviews, but Armus Mechanical deserves this. We absolutely 100% recommend them!"

"The AC maintenance was comprehensive, as it was never done ferore."

"I could not recommend Mike enough. He cleaned our oil furnace, conducted CO safety tests, diagnosed an issue with one of our old radiators, and installed a smart thermostat, all for a fair price. He's friendly, diligent, prompt, communicative, and careful. We also appreciated the extremely detailed documentation he put together at the end of the project to cover the costs and work done. While we had quite a bit of unexpected work (which comes with living in an older house), Mike was transparent about what was urgent versus what could wait for later projects. It never felt like he was upselling us. Will continue to use Mike for any of our home heating needs."

"My electrician from Cotti-Johnson HVAC was a master electrician. If you get him, you are getting the best. I went with the most expensive work package of the 3 that were presented. First off, it was pricey. I knew that going in. I want Cotti-Johnson to understand that I am serious about a working relationship with them. I feel I have done that with their electrical department. Now, if I need their plumbing or HVAC service, our relationship can build off the first experience."
