"I was lucky enough to have someone refer me to BlueStar Air Mechanical when my AC started acting up. The home warranty company confirmed that it was busted, but their mechanic was unreliable. After contacting a couple of other companies and having high quotes, I contacted Danny at BlueStar. The next morning (on a Saturday, nonetheless) I met Rhandel who quickly gave me a quote to replace my HVAC system (furnace and condenser). Rhandel was very nice and thoroughly explained my options. My home has two HVAC systems, so he also added a quote for the second system (which was on its last legs, too). The systems recommended were upgrades to what I had (increasing 1/2 ton on each system). To accommodate this, BlueStar included extra ductwork for me so that my house could accommodate. We met on a Saturday, agreed on a price on Monday, and everything was installed on a Thursday. They sent two crews and these guys worked hard for 12 hours straight to make sure both units were completed that day. I was very happy with their pricing and service. I have already recommended them to people I know in need of HVAC service. Pros: Pricing, options, promptness, service. Cons: 3% surcharge for credit cards"

"Everything went great. My AC died and it was close to 20 years old so I wanted the whole unit replaced. I have 4 young kids so no AC in the summer was not a pleasant option. The owner came out on site the day we called and was able to have the new unit installed the next day. I have dealt with many HVAC companies in the past as an Insurance Adjuster. These guys exceeded my expectations and were very reasonable on price. I highly recommend using Buric Heating and Air Conditioning!"

I have no complaints, it was all good. They were responsive. they were punctual. I have no problems, it was a good deal when I bought it, it's a good deal now. "It's a few days after the first measurable snow fall we've had in the northeast in several years and my heat pump outside unit stopped working. I switched the system to emergency heat and started making calls for help. I got in contact with Will from Air Distributor HVAC and he was able to expedite my service request and got to my house within 1 hour. He gave my system a comprehensive look, diagnosed the problem with a high degree of confidence and provided a fair quote for fixing it. He applied the fix and then much to my surprise (and appreciation) he waited an extra hour to ensure there were no other contributing factors that could present a problem in this freezing weather. I appreciate his expertise and professionalism, but also his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my family is comfortable. All my future HVAC needs will referred to Air Distributor HVAC. "I contacted Sean to repair my aging HVAC system. Although I have very little knowledge of HVAC, Sean was able to identify, explain, and plan the maintenance of my current system in language I understood and that seemed reasonable. Sean was very responsive via text during our scheduling and I'm happy with the expert level of detail he showed during inspection. I would highly recommend working with him or his team. Update: Sean came back out to resolve my filtration issues and also fixed some other problems that he noticed in the process without increasing the negotiated price.
