Donnie came out and explained to me the features of the new furnaces as well as how to reduce the noise from the blower fans. My old one was deafening. He explained all of my options and then let me decide what I wanted. He quoted a good price and was true to the estimated cost. He kept me informed of the day they would come to do the job. He and his assistant worked a full day in pretty adverse conditions. (My basement has a low ceiling and is very cramped and dusty.) They never complained and worked to completion. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work and their customer service. I will definitely be hiring them for future work, including a new water heater, my next project.
