I contacted John and he asked me about my schedule on Monday. He fit us in on Monday morning. I wasn't home but my wife was. She said that John was so nice that she assumed that he was a friend of mine. I told her that I never met him before. He fixed the air conditioner and I am relieved that it didn't cost us a ton and we avoided 85 degree heat with an air conditioner. I would use John again. He was dependable, came out with in 12 hours of being called, and my wife does not always comment on how nice someone is unless it is absolutely true. Thumbs up for John Mullen, I have just found a go to guy for everything!"

"Highly recommend Custom Air Pros! During a heat wave, the AC on my taco truck stopped blowing cold air, and I needed help fast. They were able to come out first thing, found that my refrigerant was low, located and repaired the leak, and added R-410A refrigerant. "All I can say is Gary and his team from Brickhaas has done it again. Had a problem with my A/C unit. Called several companies. Brickhaas gave me an appointment for Tuesday 7/16. Another company showed up on Monday 7/15. They diagnosed problem as bad capacitor. After replacing capacitor technician told me my compressor was blown and I needed a new A/C unit. Brickhaas showed up less than 1 hour after technician left and replaced capacitor and now I have central air again. Excellent company! Recommending them to others. Great service, great price and staff technicians are knowledgeable. Kudos to Don H."
