"Coming home from work to find out your AC isn't working, is the worst! I spoke with Dan to schedule an emergency weekend appointment and was advised Chris could be out within 2 hours and they would not charge us any additional fees for a weekend or emergency appointment. Chris arrived on time, during a pretty bad thunderstorm and went to work. He was very knowledgeable and polite, and had our AC up and running in no time.
