"We decided to use Shavitz Heating & Air Conditioning as the company for the install of our new furnace. What impressed us about Shavitz was their employees. They made the entire process a positive experience. Everyone that interacted with us had a friendly and professional demeanor. It started with the sales visit by Will Gutierrez who was a pleasure to deal with. He provided us with several options while never pressuring us to lean one way or another. He was patient with us and answered all our questions. His courteous approach gave us a positive view of the company he represented. The installing technician, Linas, and the tech that was assisting him only continued this professional trend. They both were equally as courteous. Once the work was complete, Linas made sure he answered all of our questions and that we felt comfortable with the operation of our new furnace and humidifier before he left. His patience was very much appreciated. He also made sure the area were the work was done was clean and all trash removed. Will Gutierrez followed up with us a few days afterwards to make sure all was well, and that we were pleased with the work and our new purchase. Our answer was a definite, yes."

The day it was going to be installed, one of the owners, Steve, stopped by to look at the old air conditioner, and explain what was going to be done. The installers arrived an hour later, explained to me exactly what they were going to do, and all the specs of the new air conditioner. Roughly 2 hours later, they were finished. They explained the warranty, and cleaned up. The only evidence that they were there was the new air conditioner, no debris left behind. They were very professional, and I would gladly use them again!"

"He was very good.  I had some company coming from out of town and my air conditioning wasn't working.  He came that day to fix it.  He knows what he is doing.  He gets the job done.  He came within 1/2 hour of my phone call because he was in the area.  He got my air conditioner going right away.  It was really hot that day.  He took care of it right away.  He could have tried to tell me it was the compressor or something, but he didn't.  He was prompt, he did a good job, and he was fair.  He installed a furnace and air conditioner at my mother's house as well.  He did a good job there too.  He was here previously to try and quiet down my air conditioning, but nothing seemed to work too well.  He was really good on the installation, but I thought he was a little high on the repair. "
