"Called Aire Serve since our air had mysteriously quit working in the middle of the afternoon, we had called several other companies and they were all no shows, Aire Serve was at my home within 45 minutes of my initial call, looked over our system and found the problem and had us up and running in no time at all! We are very happy with the service that Bo Taylor provided for us, very courtious and understanding of our needs, even sat down after the work was done and chatted with us, such personal service and really enjoyed his candor. Our problem was not a huge one, and took Bo just a few minutes to fix. Thank you Aire Serve, for being there when we needed you!

"We called JR HVAC Services to get a second opinion on our A/C unit not cooling. Brenton let me know when he was on the way to my house and also when he arrived. He was very respectful, which can be very rare nowadays, friendly, and knowledgeable. He looked at our A/C unit and found the problem and before he did anything, he went over what he found wrong with my husband and I and let us know how much it would cost before doing the work. Brenton was able to replace a part and get our unit cooling for less then $200 and the other company wanted to replace our unit and charge over $7000.00!! We are very pleased with this company and the service technician and the honesty."

"We called Steve yesterday late yesterday afternoon and he was able to come this morning ( a Saturday) and look at it. He called first, when he said he would, arrived promptly, and fixed the problem. Being without air in July in Memphis is obviously not comfortable so we are very happy to have cool air once again! Actually, this company installed this air conditioning system along with a new furnace, many years ago and it’s been great. When the time comes for us to need a new system, we will definitely go with Southern Comfort again. I highly recommend them!"
