"I cannot express in words how trusting and reliable Highland Air is. My AC unit stopped blowing cool air. It was just blowing room temperature air. The last time this happened, I had to pay a ton to get the compressor replaced by another company. That company took advantage of the fact that it was 98 degrees and charged me $3,800 to replace it, knowing that my choices were limited. It was an extremely hot weekend and after I contacting 3 air conditioning services, Victor called me within two minutes. Even though he had a full schedule he said he would at my house in one and a half hours. He was here exactlly on time. - It was a Saturday and he arrived at 6:30 PM! Who works on a Saturday night. Even though he had another call to still make he gave us his full attention until the repair was done to his satisfaction.
