"Environment Masters did an excellent job providing me with a new HVAC system. I originally called them for a tuneup. The technician showed me pictures of the repairs that would need to be done. I was put in contact with a sales rep who walked me through potential quality new options for my house. Both employees were clear about the issues but did not pressure me into a decision. I was able to make an informed decision that was best for my family. I chose to have a new system installed. All installation technicians worked diligently and respectfully. The HVAC system looks well put together. Even small details were completed-all trash was cleaned up, pipes were wrapped, and wires were neatly run. They even dropped a water detector into my water heater drain pan beside the HVAC unit at no extra cost to me! I’m a handyman and have to complete small details like this often. I see and repair when people cut corners. Environment Masters did not cut corners. Well Done!"

"Mr. Waite was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He checked out my air conditioner and replaced a broken solenoid switch. When it first turned on it did not cool as efficiently as it should have indicating I might need to buy a new air conditioner. As time passed the temperature gradient went back into the normal range so he said I could wait and did not have to replace the air conditioner today. I recommend him very highly."
