"On the day that the heat pump is installed, request that Paul or Daniel be there at the end of the installation to go over all the details on how to operate the complicated thermostat. Paul and Daniel will answer all questions, but those who install the pump do not handle thermostat questions. And the maker of this thermostat, like the makers of all modern thermostats, does not provide a manual or a clear explanation on-line. This lack of manual and on-line instructions is exceptionally frustrating, which is why staff like Paul and Daniel are essential on the day of installation."

"Our Burnham boiler has been giving us issues this winter after just purchasing the new house over the summer. We've come home a number of times to no heat and a cold house, but had luckily managed to YouTube our way into figuring out fixes. This time unfortunately we couldn't figure it out and needed to search for an HVAC contractor. Green Energy was the first company I could even get to answer my call. At 9am Melissa was able to set me up with a day of appointment, Terry was at our house by 1pm. Since this boiler type is still new to us, Terry was great with explaining the workings of the equipment, and just some general tips for upkeep. It ended up being a simple fix with a loose relay, however I would of never been able to figure that out on my own. Terry ended up also doing a general servicing and cleaning of the unit, which they recommend annually to help the equipment last longer (we're positive the previous owners never did it). I would highly recommend Terry, he was knowledgeable and overall good guy. We also plan to sign up for their annual membership program and use Green Energy moving forward."

"The tech was on time, and he constantly put on shoe covers before coming through the house. He checked over my system and worked up a quote for 2 different plans of action, from lowest price to highest. He explained each issue to be addressed and there was no pressure as to what degree of intervention to take. I ended up having all of the recommended work performed, as it had been some time since I had the unit serviced. All of the work was done effectively and neatly. I am a facilities manager and know good work from bad, and this work was excellent..I would definitely hire them again. "Our central air unit died during the hottest days of the year so far. It is a new unit . We called a few places desperate for service and were told it would be a few weeks for most companies to make it out. Called Landrys after finding them on google. A woman called me back less than 20 minutes after first phone call and said they would be out today. Tyler came and was great. Fixed our unit and saved our life!
