"This was my second quote and this company is amazing. Quickly identified the issue, changed the motor, provided a filter and made sure everything was working on one trip within a few hours. The previous company (Air Pros, LLC) said it was unfixable and tried to sell me a new unit over $6k which was a huge scam. Don't go to those guys, work with this family owned honest business. Keep in mind HVAC repairs in many cases are not cheap, I own 3 houses and have paid several hundred or more when an HVAC is old and need repairs."

Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. "The company is fantastic! I had both full systems installed (condenser and furnace) after one of our units broke down. Jeremy came out to give me a quote and was extremely kind and professional. He made observations about changing some configurations in order to help with airflow and cleaner air. They worked us in early since they knew we were down a system in the heat. Two gentlemen worked diligently to get both systems done ahead of schedule! After the system was installed I had some things I wanted changed with airflow and someone came out the next day to address my concerns.
