Other than knowing it’s an older unit I didn’t know what to expect of the internal components when it was opened up and inspected. The techs were nice enough to let me observe as they were opening up the unit and exposed the internals. So I could see for myself what they were talking about and physically see the condition. They walked me through what they were doing every step of the way. Taking the time to explain parts they needed to change and actually showing me the condition of the older parts as they were changing them. After all work was complete. Everything was left very neat and clean. This by far has been one of my most pleasant encounters with a contractor. I will definitely strongly consider them in the future for any work I need."
