"Overall, the project went very well. They did push our initial installation date back by 3 weeks but once here, they put in the hours to get it done in a timely manner. I especially appreciated the professionalism of Keith, Pedro C and Kody M. They put in 2 new units with new duct work to fix the balance issues that we were having in our 3200 sq ft home. Now, the temperature in our home is consistent in the various rooms which has been a problem over the past 20 years. Keith said that the project was underbid by error but they stuck to the quote that was given to us. We had several men from the company working on the project. By far, Pedro C and Kody M stood out and were top notch paying attention to detail and cleaning up after themselves on a daily basis. It was very hot and they stayed late to make sure that we had air conditioning over the weekend. The bottom line is that they did not cut corners and were neat and professional and most importantly delivered on their promise to give us a system that works well. "Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"The service went well. They were able to clean the parts of the home I needed cleaned within the 4 hour time frame. Two people came out for the service and brought their own cleaning supplies. The vacuum they did use did not clean the rugs very well. They did have to come out quite a way to get to me so I would not hire them again because of how much the travel fee would be. They did fine work and I had no problem scheduling the service."
