The previous company (Air Pros, LLC) said it was unfixable and tried to sell me a new unit over $6k which was a huge scam. Don't go to those guys, work with this family owned honest business. Keep in mind HVAC repairs in many cases are not cheap, I own 3 houses and have paid several hundred or more when an HVAC is old and need repairs."

"I found Cool Air via web search for AC Tune Up. They were offering a $39 system check which worked for me. Setting the appointment was very easy and straight forward. Jerry came out the next day and called 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was gloved masked and had booties covering his shoes before entering my home. He was very knowledgeable and made a number of no pressure recommendations and system additions that I didn't feel compelled to have installed. Jerry's approach was more as a consultant vs service person. I like this and would use Cool Air in the future."

"Hottest day of the year so far, and the guys were in a sweltering attic half the day. The other half of the day they were trying to decide how to hoist the LARGE air-conditioning unit onto a ledge without destroying the landscaping. They had to bring in a 4th guy and a long, wide plank. They put that unit on the plank and three pushed it up the plank while the fourth helped position it. The men were appreciative of the cold watermelon I gave them and I welcomed them to help themselves to jug of cold water in the fridge. They had a f ull day's work on day one, then on day two, one man returned to finish the ductwork and the installation of the vent.
