"I don't really know if this electrostatic air filtration system works yet since I haven't actually lived in the house yet.  My mother passed away this past July 2012, and her caregiver polluted the house with scented candles.  It took three months of outgassing the house in a hot summer with no A/C running to finally get the smells out.  Now I am having work done on the house, and the VOCs from the glues and adhesives that are being used to put hardwood on the stairs, install new windows, caulk a bathtub, and fix up some old tile work may keep me out of the house for a few more months.
Do have this filtration system installed if you are actually living in your house at the time of the installation.  Otherwise, you won't know if it's really doing its job or not.

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "Alan was the installer that I dealt with in replacing a dead air-conditioner that was 16 yrs. old. He did a great job . . . very professional and would recommend him to anyone else with heating or air conditioning issues. It's been over 3 months since the installation and so far have not had any issues. I think the reason that Sears gets a thumbs-up in this is because they out-source this service. I've had issues with Sears in the past . . . but it seems when they are not directly involved in the product . . . they do do a great job of finding someone who does a great job."

"What I didn't like, I hadn't had any other problem in my house until I had an air conditioning problem.  While, they did take care of fixing most of the stuff with the air conditioning.  I did have to pay for the coolant that went into it, that was kind of aggravating, since you  know you are already going to pay a $60-$80 service charge for something and the you turn around and think you are covered and find out there are gaps of coverage.  We'll fix the part and pay for the labor but everything else is on you.  I think outside of price all the categories are an "A".  For price I'd give it a "C", because it's not like you are getting complete coverage.  I'd use them again if I needed to, I'd definitely consider it."
