Paul followed up with me during the entire process. When equipment was needed and ordered he gave timely status updates. He went far and beyond the call in many measures and the job was done sooner than promised with an excellent outcome. There were a few other area companies with high ratings that didn't show for appointments, return phone calls, etc., no names but really surprising giving their reviews. They did not offer an option of a programmable thermostat, only a single setting thermostat. Not a deal killer, but it would be nice to have a choice."
