Even though he called me after I had already spoken with another Tech he told me to call him and tell him what the other Tech told me and as it turned out the other tech tried to say I needed a new fan and wanted to charge me $450 for it...I called Paul and he said not to pay that price and that he would be over the next day. He did as he promised and when he came over he checked my a/c and I didn't even need a fan as it turns out!!!! AND he didn't charge me for the trip because I had already paid the other Tech $95 to come out! I will definitely call him and recommend him!!!!!!"

"This is a company I came across via Home Advisor after I had dismissed another a/c company from the job. Apparently, this is a company owned by 2 brothers, one of whom contacted me after I was looking for a 2nd a/c company twice within 48 hours. I was impressed with the way he conducted himself over the phone. All I had to go on was the information the previous a/c guy left me. As he was asking me information about my home in an effort to determine what kind of unit I had in order to give me an estimate, it became apparent there was a discrepancy between the information I was told by the previous company, and the information he was giving me. I was the only one who knew of the discrepancy. I did not tell him of the other a/c company. He spent 10 or 15 minutes on the phone with me answering my questions and explaining the process before I committed to a service call. I ended up having to replace my air conditioner, which cost $4900.00. The previous company gave me an estimate of $6,000-$10,000.00, and was using forms of high pressure sales strategies and sarcasm to make their point. I like this company. I like their professional demeanor. I like the way they own their own company, and value their reputation. These are not employees of a bigger company, on the clock. These are 2 hard working men, who operate with honesty and integrity, which is the reason I hired them to do the job."
