"Ken came out originally to do some duct cleaning but noticed that a lot of our supply and returns weren’t sealed properly with mastic (he showed us the areas that needed work). He came back out and sealed all the ducts, installed an air purifier and cleaned and sanitized all the ductwork. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. Definitely recommend his services."

"We had Fontana Bros. replace our complete HVAC system. They were professional, reliable and easy to work with. They coordinated flawlessly with our condominium association. Our HOA required that a crane be used to place the compressor unit on the rooftop and Fontana Bros. handled all the details skillfully. The technicians were extremely polite, professional, competent and knowledgeable. We are very happy with their services and recommend them without reservation."

"Great, same day, super efficient. Another company that was first to call me tried to up-sell me on replacing the entire a/c unit instead of topping up the Freon per my request. I said I know things about air conditioning since I am a senior citizen and my systemâ s history, so I was expecting to just get an annual pressure test, routine stuff. So that first guy didnâ t get my business because he failed to respect my preferences and judgement and saying stuff like â R22 is so expensive and itâ s better to change out the unitâ , not realizing I know there are at least four drop-in replacements for R22 today. After that weird phone call, Iâ m glad to have instead used Freezing Pointâ s guy who even with no English ability took care of the job, climbing up on my roof with the refrigerant tank and gauges. I will probably use him again next year for the same service call on my 25 yo. central a/c."

"Woke up around midnight to my HVAC being set to 75°, but all the temperature sensors in my home reporting above 83. So in a panic I reached out to all the AC places in the near area. Novation can in clutch. There were able to come out first thing in the morning after I dropped my kids off and school and their prices were a cheaper than most of the other quotes I received. I really appreciate Jackson. He showed up replaced the capacitor, found and fixed a leak in the copper pipes, and completely recharged the system."

""I had a great experience with this air conditioning company. They responded quickly and were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They diagnosed the issue promptly and completed the repair efficiently. The service was courteous, honest, and reasonably priced. My AC is working perfectly now. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and quality HVAC service. Thank you for the outstanding job!"

"Brian was very patient explaining all of our air conditioning needs to us. He was extremely knowledgeable on the problems we had and giving us choices. Very professional and fast service. Would recommend him and the company for air conditioning repair and replacement."

"I had a complete AC system install. The Technicians Joe and Cortez, were here 10 minutes before 6AM ready to get to work. They laid down drop cloths to protect the flooring and work area before anything was started. Very meticulous and nothing out of the ordinarily they couldn't handle. Had no problem explaining things along the way. It was a pleasure having United do the install."

"They showed up promptly and were able to accommodate us in their schedule. I trust Adair for all of the air conditioning and heating problems."

"Came home to an 85 degree home with no working air conditioning at 1pm. Brandon of velocity air was at my door by 2:15pm. He was knowledgeable and informative and gave me a few options to keep my aged unit running along with a 3 replacment options. All options included estimated costs and timeline for completion. I am now sitting in my air 75 degree air conditioned home only an hour after Brandon of Velocity showed up. Highly recommended."
