"We had an outstanding experience with Behold Heating & Cooling Services! Our HVAC blower (squirrel cage) failed on Thursday evening, just before a weekend with temperatures expected to reach 102 degrees. After calling multiple HVAC companies and being told no one could come out until the following week, Behold was able to schedule Erfan Azimi to come out right away. Erfan quickly diagnosed the problem, picked up the necessary parts, and had our air conditioning back up and running before the weekend. He was personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
