Called MH&C at 11pm and left a message. At 700am, received return call and was told they would squeezed me in that day. Came by the house that afternoon and 45 minutes later, I have cold air. I couldnt have asked for better service, especially on a holiday weekend. 100% recommend."

I received 4 quotes for the job and Nick Buric was the only one that listened to our needs and created an option that was perfect for the space...as well as being at a reasonable cost. They did a really great job installing a slim "ducted" mini-split unit in a small concealed ceiling space in my basement. The unit is completely hidden and uses ducts & vents to provide efficient heat and AC in our basement -- it is super quiet too. These guys are real pros and did what was right & needed to best suit the house versus what would have been easiest for them -- the other firms I talked to didn't want to touch the job (quoted a traditional concealed mini-split mounted on the wall instead) but Nick had a vision and his team did it all to perfection. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to my friends and neighbors."

"This is our 4th or 5th time using No Frost Heating and Air and we are always satisfied. We knew we'd have to pay about $18k-$22k to replace our dual-zone heating and air conditioning units based on what our neighbors recently paid so we weren't surprised when No Frost quoted $20,500 before $2k in rebates. They came out to inspect our old system and provided several options (basic, mid-range, and top of the line). They also explained each one. About 2 weeks later, we had two new top of the range units installed without issue over a two-day period. The technicians called before they arrived, were efficient, and cleaned up before they left. We even received a thank you card in the mail. We will continue to turn to No Frost for all of our heating and air conditioning needs because they do a great job at a very fair price."

"Showed up late, didn't install the bathroom fan as the manufacturer recommended (pic, fan5), dented the fan grille (pic, fan1). It was installed without the supplied support rails because he claimed he couldn't get in the attic. Now sure how I got the photos, then... The vent hose was kinked in the attic and hardly any air came out of the soffit, so I had to go into the attic to correct it. That's when I took the photos. Didn't give a price up front because apparently a bath fan with bluetooth speakers isn't in whatever book they price from. Not in the book? Overcharge. Generally very unhappy with the whole experience and will be looking elsewhere in the future. Not sure how when the customer supplies EVERYTHING but a romex clamp someone can charge so much. Absolutely unacceptable. $465 to have someone dent my fan, install it incorrectly, and throw out the parts that weren't used. Like the battery to the manufacturer supplied remote and the joist supports. I'm leaving the cost of service as originally quoted because it was only lowered to $465 after I complained about being ripped off."

"Edwin was great about showing up on time and professional. At his recommendation, thermostat was replaced but it did not able solve the issue and he recommended that I replace the entire system. Thankfully another company was able find the issue and fix it by replacing a broken part."

"Angie's List reviews made me go with GAC Services for a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Five mechanics showed up early in the morning in three trucks. They were clean cut young men and very polite. They made a lay down area in my basement with blankets. They wore covers over there shoes while in and out of the house. They were very respectful of my home. They worked non stop until 5:00 PM. They had a separate sheet metal mechanic that showed up and did really nice sheet metal work. I was impressed. After a year went by my thermostat went out and they came out and replaced it free of charge. I signed up for the maintenance contract and they come out twice a year . Once in the winter and once in the summer. Another part went bad after two years and it was under warranty and they replaced it free of charge. They are honest and reliable. I highly recommend them."
