"I recently had two new American Standard heat pumps and air handlers installed. The techs were highly professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I had hung a hook rack on the opposite wall from one of the air handlers and I thought I went into a stud but the screw actually went into the back of the metal heating cabinet. When the tech pulled it out to replace it he pulled some of the drywall out on the side I had installed the rack. It was my fault but he felt bad about it and his supervisor insisted that he repair it for me. I told him I would take care of it but he almost pleaded with me to let him fix the drywall. He came back the next morning and repaired everything as if it never happened, paint included. This is the best A/C and heating company I have ever dealt with and I've had several over the years. I would not call anyone else for my A/C and Heating requirements. I HIGHLY recommend them."

I didn’t have air in 2 years …hagglers came out charged me 1000$ for something and it broke in 12 days back to no ac they wanted to come fix it again for another come out fee . "ad a new Bryant heat-pump (made by Carrier) installed and so far it works great. Craig McManus and his team from AAA Air Care did the assessment and install and I was impressed with his knowledge and meticulous nature. They did a great job compared to the last one installed in 2004 by another company and if properly maintained this unit should last. Pricing was fair market and they did it in one day and cleaned up well. As a bonus Craig was very courteous and punctual...really refreshing in a world where it seems like everyone you run across has an attitude. You can tell he's been in the business for a long time. If my post install service experience with AAA remains as good then I will definitely be a repeat customer. I expect it will be a positive experience and his service prices seem good."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Called Mickey's office on a Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment and was so surprised and pleased that he could come by within a couple of hours. Mickey can see many customers in a day because he is so knowledgeable about his profession that he was able to diagnose and fix my a.c. in a very short amount of time. Cold air started pouring out from the vents! I had put off calling someone because I anticipated a very large bill, as in the past. When Mickey told me the amount I owed, I was so happy because it was much less than what I was anticipating . In fact, after I asked him his price to replace my old thermostat, product and labor, it was so reasonable that I decided to replace it and add that service to my total bill.. The total bill was still inexpensive and reasonable."
