"Very expensive project having my Central Air and Furnace go out at the same time. We had a new furnace installed last week and we were not satisfied with how it was working. I called Hurley and David and had a technician come out, it was determined we needed a bigger BTU furnace. I spoke to Michelle Creek who ensured me they would order a new one and have it installed. They ordered it on 6/10 and it was installed today 6/12. Jimarri Scott came to install with his crew and he was awesome!!! Very knowledgeable, polite and professional. "One of the few that arrived on time for estimate.  Went over everything that was needed plus extras that were requested.  Delivered and installed when promised.   Work took 2 days and was completed when promised.  Replaced old heating and air conditioning units,  moved thermostat per request, installed new carbonmonoxide alarm and dehumidifier per request and water heater.  Completed and cleaned work area with removal of old equipment.  Requested no payment until work was completed and we were completely satisfied.  Also, did all the paperwork for rebates. "
